My Approach

After losing a family member in my twenties, I turned to complementary therapies to help me deal with grief. 

I found Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping) a very useful tool for changing emotions myself, quite quickly. 

When times were challenging, I turned to nature for respite, walking in the woods or by the sea. I found immersing myself in nature this way, connected me with something greater than my human self. This time helped restore my spirit when I felt challenged by unexpected events. 

I saw how my physical body reacted at these times when I was in emotional turmoil and how symptoms eased when balance was restored to my body and mind. 

I realised that my beliefs were not rigid. Fears may have limited me from doing certain things but when my perspective changed with Tapping, it enabled me to do them without fear. 


Through Medical Intuition, I have been able to work with people to ease their emotional pain and subsequently their physical pain or symptoms.

Everyone longs to be seen and heard. Often due to other people's emotional pain, this does not happen. 

Being able to really 'see' people and help them transcend their pain in this way is so rewarding. 

Through Medical Intuition, I hope to show people that they have all the tools within to help themselves heal. 

That facing your emotional pain, limitations and beliefs need not be scary but can be life changing for your physical body and health.

Body-Mind Connection

My wish is that everyone can know this freedom. 

That changing our beliefs and perspective allows us to change our reality. 

Nurturing our mind and spirit provides food for our bodies to help them thrive

That our bodies are always supporting us and bringing our attention to what is in need of healing so that we can experience life in all its glory
